Paint Party Friday

Hi there,
It's that time again. Last Friday I posted about a book. This is how it is looking now.

You can see the first two completed pages here.

I have now completed my third page.

The Red Door.

Sometimes titles just come to me as it did with this. So, even though it was just in my book I still couldn't resist giving it this title.

Ideally I would have liked to add stitching but as it was in my book I had to add some imitation running stitches for the flower. The button was hand sewn on in red embroidery cotton to compliment the red door.

Thanks for visiting and why not take a look at what other party-goers have been up to this week. Just click on the badge in the side-bar and take a look. x

  15. Beautiful, beautiful book, Fuzzie! Thank you for your lovely encouraging comment. Unfortunately I am still here - we were well down the track to my admission yesterday and was suddenly told that there wasn't a High Dependency Unit bed available for me, so the operation has been postponed. No date yet. See my Cancer Diary page for full details. I'm feeling a lot better today but was a total wreck yesterday...
