WOYWW and The Changeling.

Hello and welcome to everyone visiting this Wednesday.

This is what is on my desk this week.

Over the past week this little painting has gone through quite a few changes.

If you visited here on Friday you will have seen some of them but for those of you who may have missed it here is a few pics showing some of the different stages.

First a change of colour.

Then I changed it back again.

Then I gave her a big dress

Then a new hairdo.

And here she is finished.

The Gentle Wind
5x7 inch canvas board

Last week I said that I didn't like working on canvas board. However I might be changing my mind.

THANKS FOR STOPPING BY

ps - thank you for your comment on my Anti Journal post. I'm taking photos daily for Wee Man, but not posting as the change doesn't look so obvious in a photo so I will post again soon. :-D

  5. She's lovely and I love the dandelion clock blowing across - I wonder what she wished for.

I like canvas board - I prefer it to canvas anyway. Sturdier for my heavy handedness ;)

  10. She has turned out really pretty! I love her big dress and red hair. (and demure facial expression), but most of all the dandelion seeds floating past her in the breeze. Did you draw them by hand?
