woyww and AJJ

There wasn't much to speak of on my desk half an hour ago. Just a lot of mess. But out came my Portfolio pastels and 'Hildy' was born.


I like creating these ' naive' girls.

    Hi, just spent some time looking through your blog admiring your "girls' and the various techniques you use in your art work. Love your little concertina book using the papers from cleaning your stamps and brushes, look just like mini works of art. Also love your sisters piece and can see why you felt it "speaks to you".     Half and hour ...... Half an hour ..... It takes me that long to get the paper out, let alone trying to choose a medium to use.

    Hildy is great, Fuzzie. Love the skirt and the colour scheme. You are so brilliant at these girls!

    Thank you for your lovely comment. Yes, the waiting is the hardest. I won't get an appointment till sometime next week at the earliest. It's hard to settle to anything, but I did manage to do some more embroidery this afternoon.
