Since last week I have done a little more to the WIP I shared and you can see it here on my very busy (messy) looking desk.
Following on from yesterday's post. I am grateful to Susi for her views on coloured pencils and will welcome any comments regarding your favourite brand of pencils.
Thanks for visiting.

Great to see your desk and your use of tinfoil as a palette. Love the orange girl - inside I am an orange girl. My favourite pencils are Karisma but they have stopped making them now - very soft with a lot of pigment. It seems a lot of the pencils I use are now defunct. Jackie #23
ReplyDeleteI love the colours in that piece..it reminds me of Klimt! The only pencils I've got are Inktense and think that they are better as watercolours rather than just for colouring. I've yet to find really good quality soft pencils that can blend beautifully. Hope you find some!

She's gorgeous and I love the colours - I'm drawn to those shades and love an autumn colour palette. Oh and I love dots too so it ticks all the boxes for me!!
ReplyDeleteYour WIP is coming along lovely. I really like the orange you're using and can't wait to see the finished piece. :)
ReplyDeleteLove the fall colors you've used. She's quite lovely in her orange dress!
ReplyDeleteGood to see your WIP and use of autumnal colours - my favourite season. Talking of favourites my fave pencils are Prisma and I was lucky enough to get a HUGE box last year for Christmas.
ReplyDeleteHugs, Neet 1 - thanks for visiting me earlier xx
Love your style...sh'e adorable. Enjoy your week Cheers RobynO#35
ReplyDeleteI love your artwork! My favorite brand of coloring pencils is Caran D'ache, Supracolor soft (you can use thes to color but also in combination with water to create an aquarele effect).

Thank you for the visit earlier. Always enjoy stopping by to see your WIP. I use PrismaColor Colored pencils.
ReplyDeleteI do love my Prismas. I have a small set with a promise to add new colors as I learn to blend them better. For watercolor I prefer Derwent. Your piece is coming along nicely. Love the soft hues. Creative Blessings! Kelly #47
