This is my latest mixed media painting
.
Mixed Media on 9"x12" watercolour paper.
I posted a few days ago about struggling with the layered background but it came good in the end.
Materials I used were acrylics, brusho sprays, stencils, handmade stamp, charcoal pencil, watercolour pencils, butterfly collage images and pages from my son's old school exercise book.

ReplyDeleteGorgeous! Really gorgeous :D
ReplyDeleteI love the contrast between the cheery background, and her not-so-cheery expression... Reminds of my daughter when she was younger and was building up to a full-blown strop :)
