Steady Progress

For Paint Party Friday I thought I would update you on my progress with my Fairyland Lustre piece.

I decided to draw my winged figure on a separate piece of paper and collage her on to the background.  I still have work to do on the background but this is how she is looking so far. As I am using my non-dominant hand I am not sure how I will manage to paint her.

If you want to see what others are doing on Paint Party Friday click on the badge in the side bar and take a look.

Thanks for visiting x

  4. The fact you are using your non dominant hand for such a lovely drawing is amazing! You are becoming ambidextrous!!

  8. She is quite lovely... I often use my non dominant hand and it always turns out unexpectedly well... It is great for getting your eye in and being mindful of how you are working... Looking forward to seeing how this turns out...xx

  9. She is lovely and I can't believe you used your other hand. I wouldn't be able to tell what it was if I used my right hand instead of the left. I look forward to seeing it finished.

  10. Exercises using our non-dominant hands can be quite amazing! I do writing like that sometimes ~ especially when working to invoke verve from my childhood or inner-child. :)
