This week my usual work desk is taken up with my son's Gcse Art work. So here is what is on my temporary small work table.
The painting on my desk is one that I am slowly working on which featured in my last post.
This is my first time painting on canvas board and I am on the fence as to whether I like working on it or not. I have done a little to her since my last post but she still needs a lot of work.
I am linking this post to WOYWW. If you do not already know all about it click on the button in the sidebar and have a look at what's on other peoples desks this week.
Thank you for visiting.
Hi Fuzzie Fingers, I been away from WOYWW for a little while so this is my first visit to your blog. I love your canvas, and I'm off now to have a look at your other creations. Have a great week. MMx #70
ReplyDeleteI think she's looking fantastic!! :o)
ReplyDeleteI think she's very sweet. Good of you to let DS use your desk - hope you can reclaim it soon. Easter blessings, Chris # 31
ReplyDeleteHello I love your painting. Happy WOYWW and Happy Easter. Anne x #51
ReplyDeleteI love the colors you're using. Slow and steady wins the race! :)
ReplyDeletethis is wonderful and im so glad to see your thumb is well enough for you to paint again! i love working on canvas board and actually prefer it to stretched canvas. what do you normally work on?
ReplyDeletei cant wait to see how this one turns out. i love the colors and textures you have already!
Thanks for your comment Amy. I normally use paper or work in my art journal.
DeleteStill struggling with my thumb. I still can't bend it which restricts my movement with a pencil or a paint brush. I have a hospital appointment in a couple of weeks. This painting was done with a combination of both hands.
Coming on well here - looking forward to seeing more...
ReplyDeleteHave a good Easter
