Paint Party Catch Up

Hi Everyone.

If you visited last Friday you will  have seen a work in progress.  This week I thought I would follow up by showing you the completed piece.

Sisters

Another piece that I completed this week was this page in my Dylusions Journal.

This weeks post is short and sweet but looking forward to visiting other PPF party goers. If you haven't already paid a visit  and want to see some great art work click on the badge in the side bar and take a look.

Thanks for visiting. x

  3. These are both wonderful, but as a father of 2 girls, the first one is my favorite. The color scheme gives it a happy feeling, and the cocked head makes it very touching. Happy PPF and Blessings!

  4. Oh, those sisters, they look like best friends! A vulnerable work.

And that journal page, I love the dimensions it shows, the composition is perfect.

  5. I simply love your Sisters. As sisters we have different personalities, and you brought that so well forward in your piece. The right one being determind and strong and the left one a dreamer and easy to hurt. Amazingly beautiful, thanks for sharing.

  10. Your journal page is fantastic. However, my heart went to the two girls immediately. Except for hair color, these could be my sister and I as children. We were always together.

  11. Love what you are doing, Fuzzie! I agree with your remark on your WOYWW post that you love this piece - fully justified IMO! It's gorgeous. I think it's hard sometimes to be disciplined enough to leave white space... Love the corrugated cardboard, too - something I'm just exploring using.

Sorry not to be involved in WOYWW this week - just too much else going on. It's a very busy time with my hubby's run up to his retirement.

Thanks for your visit, and your nice comment - I'm glad you like my pizza box project. I was surprised how well the camera picked up the shimmery effect as this is usually very hard to capture. I take no credit! I took it over to my sister's today to show her, and she loved it too. I am looking forward to exploring these techniques further. Not got into faces yet but that looks fun!
