This is how it looked first thing this morning, before the trip to A&E.
I am currently working on small mixed media piece.
Here is a close up showing how I used one of my moldable stamps to create some texture.
If you look very carefully in the bottom right hand corner you can see where I got the impression for the stamp from. I have found that you can get some of your best impressions from lightly textured surfaces.
If you haven't seen these moldable stamps before and you would like to know what I am talking about. You can see on my previous post here.
Well I'm off to get my second cup of coffee and check out some other work desks. If you would like to see what others have been up to this Wednesday then click on the WOYWW badge in the side-bar and take a look.
Thanks for visiting. x
Cool background FF.. seeing forward what you will come up with this in the end!

Glad all the tests came back OK and I hope your hubby is fine now. I am loving your textures, and I'm really looking forward to seeing how this piece turns out - it's looking fab so far! The moldable foam is great, and I've just scrolled down your previous posts about it - wow, you've been busy! I have a large chunk of it somewhere but I'd forgotten all about it until I read your posts. It was used like mad initially and then put away forever, like so much of my stuff! I must find it - you have totally inspired me - thank you!
ReplyDeleteLove all the layers! I will have to check out the moldable stamps. Have a good week! Sandy Leigh #34
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear you've spent all day in A&E - never much fun, but glad the tests came back OK. You didn't say whether they were on you or your hubby, but hope you are both well!
ReplyDeleteLove your backgrounds, and the mouldable stamps continue to produce very interesting results! Great stuff.
Thanks for your visit and your nice comment. So glad you like my album and other projects.

ReplyDeleteYour subtle stamping is very cool and I think the dress form is a lovely shape. :o))
Glad the tests were OK. Crunchy peanut butter sandwich! What a treat! Well deserved in your case after sitting in A&E.
ReplyDeleteI love the background you are working on.
